Join us for this mini- fieldtrip that begins at the Staten Island Ferry terminal in White Hall.The group will meet at 8:45 am to take the 9:00am ferry to Staten Island. We will have a short drive (transportation provided) to the Command Center for (a) briefing on Sector NY (b) tour of Command Center (c) tour of Vessel Traffic Services (d) tour grounds (e) lunch onsite at galley. The group will return to the SI ferry by 3:30.

This professional mini-field trip is ideal to learn more about the Coast Guard, a maritime, military, multi-mission service unique among the U.S. military branches for having a maritime law enforcement mission (with jurisdiction in both domestic and international waters) and a federal regulatory agency mission as part of its mission set that is so vital to our industry! ~ Eileen Monreale, CPCU, AMIM, Education/Training Specialist, AIMU

Security Requirements: Proper ID of a driver’s license is required on the day of the trip. 
Due to guideline of US Coast Guard, birthdates will be requested on registration; also, indicate if US Citizen on registration. If you are not a US Citizen, you must register 3-weeks in advance to allow proper security clearance.
