Our panelists, all dynamic and well-respected leaders in the marine insurance industry, will share their personal journeys and will discuss obstacles, as well as vehicles for empowerment. They will provide their view of the marine insurance industry in the next 3-5 years, and offer ideas for managing work-life balance, reducing stress, networking, and building a supportive community. The luncheon will conclude with questions from the audience.  Moderated by AIMU Chair, Tony Cowie.

This event is timed to closely coincide with the International Day for Women in Maritime observed on May 18th to raise the profile of women in maritime and the the importance of gender equality, as well as to highlight the vital contribution of women all over the world to the maritime industry – including marine insurance!
