General Condition Regarding Underlying Insurance

Clause 6 - Underlying Insurer's insolvency not mentioned.

Clause 7 - Insolvency clause added to read "In the event there is no recovery available to the Assured under the Primary Policies, whether as a result of the bankruptcy or insolvency of the underlying insurers or otherwise, the coverage hereunder shall nontheless apply only in excess of the applicable Limit of Liablility specified in the Primary Policies."

General Condition Regarding Cancellation

Clause 9 - Provides for fifteen (15) days notice of cancellation

Clause 10 - Provides for thirty (30) days notice of cancellation with a provision for ten (10) days notice of cancellation in the event of non-payment of premium thirty (30) days after attachment or of any addtional premium due.
